Harland Miller

Harland Miller is a British writer and artist born in Yorkshire and working in the UK. He studied at the Chelsea School of Art and has exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in the UK, Europe, Asia and the USA.

He is best known for his Penguin Book cover works.
