John is an English artist based in the North of England with thirty years experience working as a freelance illustrator.

John’s work resonates with many people in all walks of life. His style is conceptual and much of his work is a reflection on modern life with issues such as mental health, climate change and other social injustices coming under the scrutiny of his personal lens.

He has worked with many household names such as the BBC, Nike, FT, Forbes, New York Times and Wall Street Journal. His work has also been showcased by the likes of Bored Panda and Huffington Post.
