Shipping policy

Shipping from the UK.

Some artworks are ready for immediate dispatch. Timed editions may take longer to arrive as they are usually signed by the artist following purchase. The shipping date will be included in the product details. Those kept in storage will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. Please contact us for an estimated delivery date.

If you would like to organise your own shipping, do let us know and we will be happy to accommodate this. 

Stowe Gallery delivers worldwide.

DHL is our primary shipping service but we may use other couriers. 

Delivery costs will vary depending on value of work and country of delivery.

Value below £1000 - £35 
£1000 to £5,000 - £75

Delivery to Europe 
Value below £1000 - £45 
£1000 to £5,000 - £85

USA & Canada
Value below £1000 - £70 
£1000 to £5,000 - £95

Rest of the world 
Value below £1000 - £95
£1000 to £5,000 - £120

Some artworks have customised delivery costs which will be stated at checkout.

All works will be sent tracked and insured. 

Custom duties are to be paid by the customer. No refunds will be offered for customs charges if work is returned. If work is refused prior to being delivered, shipping costs will not be refunded. Any costs incurred for returning a package to us following a refusal of customs charges will be deducted from your refund. DHL is our primary shipping company, so please check with DHL for tariffs & customs charges before placing your order. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to check their delivery within 24 hours to ensure damage has not occurred in transit. If damage has occurred, the customer must notify Stowe Gallery within this 24-hour period. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for a refund.
