Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since the delivery of your artwork, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you do not ship your artwork within 7 days of notifying us of your intention, we will no longer accept your return for a refund or repair.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
All purchases should be checked by you within 24 hours of delivery to ensure not damage has occurred in transit. If damage has occurred, please email info@stowe-gallery.com. All original package should be retained & images taken to illustrate damage. Our team will get back to you and advise of the next steps. Failure to follow this process may affect your right to a refund.
Custom duties are to be paid by the customer. No refunds will be offered for customs charges if work is returned. If work is refused prior to being delivered, shipping costs will not be refunded. Any costs incurred for returning a package to us following a refusal of customs charges will be deducted from your refund. DHL is our primary shipping company, so please check with DHL for tariffs & customs charges before placing your order.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All packages returned to us should be sent using a trackable shipping service which includes insurance to avoid any disputes arising from lost packages.
Commissions
Commissions are made to order and are at the discretion of the artist. All sales of commissions are final & no refunds are offered.
NFTs
All sales of NFTs are final & no refunds are offered. NFT purchases are made through rarible.com. Please read through their T&Cs. Any questions or disputes should be raised with rarible.com.
