Collection: Chris Levine

Chris Levine, a light artist, was born in Canada and lives and works in the UK.

He attended the Chelsea School of Art and Central St. Martins School of Art and has exhibited in solo and group shows across the UK and in Thailand, Berlin, New York, Milan and Paris. The National Gallery has five works in their permanent collection. 

Chris Levine is internationally recognised for his portraits, which include the two iconic portraits of Queen Elizabeth II: Lightness of Being and Equanimity.
